The hearing was held on May 20, 2015, by the Subcommittee on Africa, Global Health, Global Human Rights, and International Organizations of the United States House of Representatives to discuss the need to change US Policy toward Rwanda.

Another educated Hutu dies in UN custody

The ICTR, the infamous UN International court for Rwanda, was already known for indicting and sending to jail Hutu people exclusively, preferably educated ones.  Today another such man died in Benin, while in UN custody. Judging from Jean Bosco Barayagwiza family’s account of the events, the UN doctor who was supposed to care for the ailing Barayagwiza did everything under the sky to prevent his patient’s recovery.
