International conference on finding solutions to the insecurity challenges in the Great Lakes region of Africa, held in Oslo, Norway 24. October 2016. Organized by International Action for Burundian Diaspora (IABD) and Africa Centre for International Law and Accountability (ACILA).

Panelists:
– Willy Nyamitwe, Senior advisor to President Pierre Nkurunziza, in charge of Media, Information and Communication
– William Nyarko, Executive Director at ACILA
– Keith Harmon Snow, Regent’s Lecturer in Law and Society at the University of California Santa Barbara, writer, photographer, war correspondent, activist, and a leading voice of uncompromising dissent. A former genocide investigator for UNICEF, recognized for a decade of work challenging establishment narratives on genocide and war crimes.
